Welcome to Gymster. By accessing and using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Scope of Service

Gymster is an application exclusively designed for creating sports training plans, currently focusing on running and half-distance triathlon. Any other use of the app is strictly prohibited. The app is currently in a beta testing phase, meaning it may present instabilities, interruptions, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

Our legal base is in Curitiba, Brazil, and we firmly comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We collect only the data strictly necessary to accurately design your training plans: email (for login), weight, age, sex, height, and fitness level. We do not ask for or store your name, and your physical data will never be used for any purpose other than generating your workouts.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use essential cookies and third-party services for the operation of the app, including authentication and database management via Firebase and Supabase. Additionally, we may use advertising services (such as Google AdMob) which may collect anonymous usage data to display relevant ads.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Gymster reserves the right to charge for its services. Prices, subscription plans, and payment conditions may be altered at any time based on operational needs and cost fluctuations.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The training plans generated by Gymster do not replace the guidance of a certified physical education professional or physician. By using our plans, you attest that you are in good physical and medical condition to engage in sports. Gymster is not liable for injuries, health issues, or any damages arising from the execution of the workouts.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes related to the use of Gymster shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná.

8. Age Requirements

The use of Gymster is exclusively intended for individuals of legal age (18 years or older). By using the service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
